Coventry University to launch Tech Incubator

Coventry university with support from Auctus grad will launch a tech incubator program, to support pre-start technological business ideas. Founders will have regular lead weekly mentor sessions, all facilitated within an open and accessible incubation space.

At the end of the 12-month program successful founders will get to pitch in front of investors. The incubator will host a variety of events, networking opportunities and business presentations that will enable the founders to share this exciting journey.

The program is expected to start this September.

Coventry University joins Santander Universities network

Coventry University students and staff will benefit from a new three-year partnership with Santander which will provide financial support for international and entrepreneurial opportunities. Auctus grad has been part of Coventry university’s ecosystem and understands the value of the partnership for student enterprises.

Enterprise Showcase honours entrepreneurs

Auctus Grad Founder was honoured at the University of Portsmouth’s annual Enterprise Showcase held at the main auditorium at Portland Building. He was part of 150 nominees at the awards ceremony which saw him and eight students, graduates and members of staff recognised and honoured for their contribution to business.

Morgan was able to share his experiences with guests from the worlds of business and academia. Morgan received the Route to Start-up Standout award.

University of Portsmouth Enterprise Manager Philip Ely said: “Portsmouth is fast becoming a hub for start-ups, and our students and graduates are not short of great ideas or ambition. “Events like our showcase shed light on the innovative work taking place in the city that deserves national recognition.”
